### Stylish 3BRM Haven in Surfers Paradise

Welcome to your Gold Coast holiday base. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment sits on the third floor of the boutique Genesis Building in Surfers Paradise. With leafy gardens around the property and the beach just a short walk away, it offers both convenience and relaxation.  
  
The apartment is bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private ensuite, the second bedroom also offers a queen, and the third has a double bed, giving everyone their own comfortable space. The living area is set up for downtime with a large sofa, smart TV, and access to the wraparound balcony where you can enjoy the coastal breeze. The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking, while air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry make your stay simple and stress-free.  
  
When you’re not at the beach or exploring Surfers Paradise, the building’s facilities are ready for you. Take a dip in one of two pools, with one heated all year, relax in the spa or sauna, or fit in a workout at the gym. There are also tennis courts, BBQ areas, and a games room with pool and table tennis tables for casual fun. Secure parking for one car is included.  
  
Step outside and you’ll find the Light Rail, local surf clubs, and a wide choice of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Whether you’re here to enjoy the energy of Surfers Paradise or want a peaceful spot to recharge, this apartment makes it easy to do both.
