« Need lights around the back where you check in at. No tv in bedroom. Just two towels and no bath clothes. Need curtains in bedroom. We had to sleep at foot of bed because our head sunk at top of bed. Really no where to park but on street. A good walk from the street to round back where you go in. The place ain't bad but needs to get it right for people to enjoy their stay. »

« We stayed here for touring the Capitol. It was a great space for us (four adults.) Conveniently located near DC's awesome public transit. It is a brand new apartment above an alley garage (thus carriage house designation). Access through the owners property from the street is available, but we were comfortable with using the alley access. We didn't drive much, but if you want to drive into the Capitol, the parking spot next to the entryway was extremely convenient and usable for our Sienna. The...

« Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay. »

« Beautifully decorated and comfy furniture. You can cook and serve a full meal. Extra paper goods in closet - read signs on doors! Bathroom spacious and clean! »

« Mignon petit appartement très calme dans un quartier résidentiel avec de magnifiques maisons (il faut se promener autour). L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir National Mall (à quelques stations de métro) Idéal pour un couple en voyage pour quelques jours. Les propriétaires sont discrets (ils habitent en haut) et répondent rapidement. Nous étions avec nos enfants (8 et 11 ans) qui dormaient dans le divan-lit juste à côté du lit. Ce dernier est un peu bruyant (quand les enfants bougent)....

« Great spot just east of everything you’d want to do in DC. Well appointed kitchen if you want to cook your own food but incredibly quick access to the subway. Trader Joe’s and some amazing restaurants are 2 stops away on the subway and all the major sights are 5 or 6 stops away. Park here and don’t drive the entire time you’re in DC! »

« Great place! 20 minutes from the National Mall and museums. Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play. Also close to other neighborhoods for relaxing after walking all day! 10/10 recommend! »
