"Our family just recently visited the Secret Slough. It was the secluded retreat that we hoped it would be. Very, very private! We thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming entrance with the sound of the waterfall as we arrived to the house. The house is very spacious and suited our family perfectly. We cook a lot and we found the house to be very accommodating for our needs. Lots of utensils, pots, pans, and basic spices. Very well stocked. Even had a colander and I was impressed. If you love a taking a bath, you will be in SHOCK with the very large tub in the master bath. I think most of our family tried it out. FABULOUS! We loved the nice access to the lake and it was amazing to have our own little area with hardly any boat traffic at all. We fished, swam, boated, grilled, made s’mores, grilled steaks, played lots of games, a darling retreat that we will visit again. Colleen was VERY responsive. She was a delight to work with. She answered all our questions and was very accommodating. All directions are perfect for arriving and leaving. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for family time. Thanks Colleen! "
