"Booked a 2 queen and pull out couch room. After long day of travel, check in and arrive to the wrong room. Reassigned room. Open pull out couch and mattress cover had cigarette burn and lipstick on it. Super nice front desk gal helped us get new linens and was very apologetic. Blanket for couch bed was also dirty. Noted an actual booger on the wall next to the couch too…yuck. Staff were nice. If we weren’t so exhausted, we would have left. "

"We stayed at this cabin for four nights. While the area is very relaxing and the view of the lake is beautiful the overall experience was disappointing.Cleanliness was the major issue the floors, outdoor grill, stove, and oven were all quite dirty upon arrival. In addition; the bed, floors, and doors made constant creaking noise when you move or walk which affect comfort. Furniture, bed, chairs are not comfortable.There was also a lack of basic essentials. Towels and bed linens were limited. The listing mentioned bringing toiletries, but I did not expect to have to bring toilet paper as well. Only one roll was provided for my entire five-day stay, which was clearly insufficient. The kitchen items, including plates, utensils, and pots, were not in good condition. The bedrooms were also poorly equipped, with no dresser, closet, or any space to store clothes, forcing us to keep everything in our bags.Overall, despite the nice surroundings, I would not recommend this place. "

"Walking in was like a dream come true. Perfectly made beds, fully prepped kitchen. The rooms were amazingly spacious. The hot tub was the star of the show. We caught a load of fish. Door dash was even able to deliver us some stuff we ran out of. The towels were so fluffy and beautifully presented. Washing machine availablility and multiples was a life saver! Many many memories were made! Thank you for making a dream come true. "

"Staff was excellent, Property was clean and very accessible. Resturants were not real close by, but within a couple of miles there were a lot of food places. I will be staying here again!"
