"We arrived a little early and Jason was very accommodating. The condo was gorgeous, the deck awesome, the only disappointing part was the screen door in the bedroom leading to the balcony was missing so we were unable to leave the door open and listen to the sounds.."

"Wonderful, relaxing. Owners warm and welcoming. Fresh, homemade pound cake and sprigs of fresh flowers and greenery adorned the cottage upon our arrival. The ever-changing mountains shouted out in majestic glory splashing her radiance upon our front porch view. A waterfall trailed peacefully behind the cottage with a swing that beckoned one to sit awhile. Location great for diverse activities: hiking, sightseeing, shopping, zip line. Poor customer service.
"The woman who checked us in was very rude. We love staying at your hotel and I requested a room with a balcony. This was the second time that my request was not acknowledged but after some heated exchanges the lady finally gave me a room with a balcony. The room had a leaking commode and I tried to report it but the clerk spoke such broken English that it was hard for her to understand what i was trying to tell her. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel because of its location on the river is so relaxing but when you have to experience what we did it’s had to want To go back. "
