"Great"

"The hotel was nice. My room was just like any other hotel room but I could see flaws here & there nothing big. The place is so big it seemed to take forever to get from the parking garage to my room. I did not realize that they charge you $25 per day ($10 credit for food & drinks, & $15 for laundry), who would use $15/day for laundry?? I also had to pay $50 per day for parking!! Why don't they put the $15 laundry credit toward parking? That would make it much better at least for me. I went for a conference & saw family some of the evenings so I didn't have a chance to check out the pool or all the amenities. It was really close to a lot of places like the Riverwalk, river cruise, the mall was very close."

"Repurposed old New Orleans building. conveniently located in the French Quarter, well appointed rooms, several indoor patios to enjoy, staff was exceptional in providing for the guest needs. Will definitely return to this hotel. Did not use parking, but is available, is extra, and is not on site."

"This is a great hotel two blocks from Bourbon Street. The room was nice and clean and the shower had great water pressure. "

"The hotel was clean and quiet. Lloyd on the front desk was fantastic. Very polite and professional. He arranged extra amenities in the room. When asked for directions he was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations of where to visit. Fairly cheap considering the hotel is only one block from Bourbon street! The breakfast was good. Either full continental or a la carte eggs. The only criticism I have is that I wish they would use local coffee houses for the coffee, rather than Starbucks. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend friends and family!"

"I didn’t like the chicken in an awful lot. I had a question about the valet service at the front desk and the girl acted like she knew nothing about the hotel at all. I didn’t check my email because I thought it would be a normal per person check-in it kind of got lost in my junk email. I guess so she wasn’t really thorough with the codes and how to use them in the elevator. Everyone else was great. I met someone else at the desk. The next day that was wonderful and the valet people were excellent. One of the valet folks named Isaiah actually helped me learn how to get in the elevator and in the room since all the coding was a little different. Another very friendly front desk woman on our checkout day brought me some coffee that I asked for. All in all the service was great. It was just that initial contact when I checked in Friday night that was a little off. If I would have seen the email, I would’ve been a lot less confused. The hotel was quiet and the water pressure and temperatures were great. The poor over coffee was wonderful and I’m glad they had the option for my husband to use the cake cup. They think of all the little details in this hotel. There’s not a lot of help around, but everything you need is here. The temperature of the hotel was great. I will definitely stay here again because of the location. There were lots of friendly staff when they were there. Valet was easy and fast"

"Hotel is Beautiful! Walkable to most things! Pool is small but nice enough , some tiles are missing. But pool deck is great . "
