The steps to the entry were extremely difficult for my husband to use and he fell twice. The trash from a previous guest was not emptied. I assumed that by paying the cleaning fee that the unit would be reasonably clean. I was wrong. Steps to basement for W/D were dangerous. They were steep and there was no handrail. « Kaeley was a wonderful host, with a hiccup on our end she was very gracious and understanding. I will definitely book this place again. The amenities were awesome, hot tub was clean and we loved that it was right outside the back door. The entertainment set up in the basement was amazing, very cozy and comfortable for Christmas movies. I loved her kitchen set up and bedrooms were also cozy and the bed super comfortable. Definitely a must book. »
