"The proximity to renowned landmarks is noteworthy. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory, although the daily offerings remain consistent. The front desk staff’s demeanor lacks warmth in their hospitality towards guests but their housekeeping staff were respectful and friendly. Be aware that the hotel will charge a destination fee apart from fees paid during online travel engine sites reservation."

"The hotel was beautiful and very convenient to all the sights around Manhattan. The front desk staff was fantastic. We arrived before check-in and front desk staff was helpful in finding a room that was ready so we did not have to wait for our original room after a long flight. They also recommended places to eat and see during out visit."

"the room i rented for the week was a bit smaller than i was used to , but since i did an early check in the “upgraded” the room with a view it was nice however i understand they are trying to keep the art deco classic some things do need to be updated in other hotels i’ve stayed in they have a mini fridge in case you have medicine like insulin to keep refrigerated i overlooked that not a problem full bathroom great big tub plenty of towels and housekeeping was on top of everything everyday i did have one issue the last 3 nights of my stay the ac started to leak onto the carpet and when i looked up at the air intake the filters where completely CAKED in dust so i did report it to the front desk and they said they would take care of it i’m glad they did , other than that it was a great stay"
