This home has a water view on both sides, and contains 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an extra bonus room with living area and 2 bunks for 6\. Turf and Surf sleeps 18 total guests. This home would be the perfect place for family gatherings as well as for people who just like a lot of space to roam, relax and explore. It is located directly across from the Sea Isle Marina allowing easy access to Galveston Bay. You will have a front row seat to the water! Don't forget your fishing gear! The master bedroom with attached bathroom is downstairs and has its own private balcony overlooking the water. Out back on the canal side is the perfect spot to sit, relax, fish, grill, and entertain on the oversized deck. The owner stores his boat in the slip full time (Not for guest use). If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax. I understand this is a beach house, but the floors did not seem like they were cleaned prior to arrival. No boat ramp access was a huge disappointment. I've been renting in Sea Isle for many years and with every rental we are provided a key to the boat ramp lock. This property did not provide a key. Towed a boat over four hours and the boat just sat in the driveway. ##### Todd T. I highly recommend this property. There is plenty of space throughout the house, multiple outside deck areas, a large laundry room, 2 separate refrigerators which I didn't realize when I booked but was amazing, and a fully functioning kitchen stocked with every appliance or cookware you could need. This made our stay so much more convenient because I cooked every meal for 16 people daily. I've never experienced this in any rental I've used and had actually packed pots and pans that I didn't have to use!! The property exceeded my expectations and I will definitely book again. ##### Bridget R.
