    *Starting 8/18 (for an estimate of 9 weeks) the beach walkover closest to this home will be inaccessible due to repairs.
    The Beach club walkover will be available.
    * Pet Policy: Your dog is welcomed in our vacation rental. 1 dog per stay under 50lbs with a $125 non-refundable deposit. Additional cleaning fees will apply should there be excessive pet hair in rental and/or on bedding and furniture. Please adhere to our pet policy.

    SOL SEARCHING is just a short walk to the beach walkover or to the private Beach Club where you can take advantage of the resort amenities and infinity pool. Featuring two bedrooms and two baths, this condo has been beautifully updated making this the perfect beach getaway to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. Soak in the beachfront views from the spacious and private balcony offering a new outdoor dining table for enjoying meals or cocktails while listening to the sounds of the gulf.

    This condo offers: a king bedroom in the master-ensuite bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds (Full over King) & a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeping 7 comfortably. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout or stream the latest movie on 3 High-Def LED TVs located in the living and bedrooms. This unit is also equipped with a high chair, pack n play, arcade style games and much more!
    *A storage locker is not provided for this unit.

    Pointe West Beach Club Access (Optional)
    The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility offering resort-style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. The resort fee is $25 per person (ages 4+) per stay, with a limit of three amenity bands per bedroom.

    Amenities include:
    * Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
    * Hot tubs
    * Basketball and pickleball courts
    * Modest game/exercise room

    Access process:
    * The Beach Club will send an invoice directly to you.
    * After payment, wristbands can be picked up at the Beach Club Office (open daily, 9 AM–5 PM).
    * The resort fee is nonrefundable; purchasing closer to your arrival is recommended.

    Important information:
    We manage the rental home only and do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds or cancellations are not provided for closures or operational issues.

    * Check in: 4 PM
    * Check out: 10 AM
    * Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check-in and after check-out with wristband purchase.
    * Condos are accessible by stairs and have one elevator per building.  If the elevator experiences an outage, you will be required to take the stairs.  Elevators should not be relied upon for guests with disabilities or other limitations. 
    * Minimum age requirement: 26+
    * No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

    CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
    * 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
    * 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.

    Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.

    Storm & Cancellation Policies — Additional details are in the rental agreement and should be reviewed carefully.

Loved the Golden Tee in the Room! Everything was 5 Stars except the bedding and pillows. not sure I've ever slept on pillows that terrible.

Cute little place. The elevator was not working when we were there but we made do. Loved the amenities we were at the pool almost every day.

Excellent accommodation that has great touches. Table on back porch is great. The arcade game was super fun for our son. Kitchen decently stocked. Nice decor. Everything worked as advertised, which is nice. Great location. We will hope to stay there again!

The host was great, but the amenities were somewhat lacking. When we entered, the place was very musty smelling with several dead roaches on the floor! Looked as if nobody had been there for quite a while!

Summer Beach Trip

We loved the location of the Pointe West complex. The house unit is really close to the second boardwalk of the property. It was not crowded at all, so it was a nice peaceful getaway. We enjoyed the pools- the one at the beach club is great and has bar/ food service. The lazy river pool down the road was nice to have a second option. The Sol Searching condo was wonderful! Beds slept really well. The living room was perfect for our family of 5. We spent most of our time out on the patio- it was spacious, had a great view of the ocean over the dunes, and the weather/ wind was perfect. The kitchen was just right since we brought premade meals. Washer dryer combo worked well. Everyone was very friendly and the whole complex was well kept. We also had a great time walking our dog around at night. We had a wonderful time and it was perfect for our family pup.

Great stay but $ definitely adds up

Location was great, private beach feel, easy walk to beach over the dune walk, and condo was clean and very well appointed (a mixing bowl or other large bowl would have been nice, but otherwise kitchen had all that you might need to cook for a family). The Beach Club and other amenities were also clean and very nice, but do know that all of these amenities listed are EXTRA $. $15 a guest to use amenities (good for the duration of your stay). Game room at the beach club is great, but be prepared to pay for everything you rent, every time you want to rent it (i.e. ping pong paddles, pool cues, etc...). Also, very little shade at the Beach Club, it gets hot but the water was consistantly cool 😊 Make sure you bring all the food, etc... you might want as you are 30 min from town with only 1 store 10 min from the resort and every item there costs twice as much as it would in town. Definitely would stay again !

Perfect vacation place !

We enjoyed this beautiful location and all the amenities. Being on the private beach made us feel like we were the only ones there. The condo had everything we needed! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very roomy. The decorations were professionally done! We loved eating outside on the balcony with the large kitchen table and chairs. We used the George Forman grill provided. Our preteens enjoyed the game room, upstairs from the infinity pool. They also got in the habit of getting an ice cream from the cart outside the restaurant. We swam in the pool morning, noon and night. The only downfall was our last night, the mosquitoes attacked us. We were eaten up all over our body! We had not experienced any Mosquities the other days we were there. I’m glad we didn’t have to deal with that. This trip was great!
