Whether you're seeking a serene primary residence, a weekend getaway, or a lucrative short-term rental, this property has it all. Step inside to an open-concept living space filled with natural light, featuring a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious bedrooms, and updated bathrooms. The primary suite includes a private bath and tranquil views of the harbor. Step outside to your private oasis — a sparkling pool and hot tub surrounded by a spacious deck, perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day at the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching ships drift by in the harbor. Located just minutes from Galveston's beaches, historic Strand District, dining, and entertainment, this home is your gateway to island living. HOUSE RULES \- No access to dock or pier. \- Spa Heat can be turned on for an additional $40 per night + tax. \- Pets allowed - Max of 2 for $100 non-refundable pet fee \- Pack Play and Highchairs available for rental - $40 each + tax \- Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. \- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am \- This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum at the property. ​​​​​​​- Rental agreement should be signed after booking \- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax \- There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized. \- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The views, backyard, and home were beautiful and clean. Property managers were very quick to respond and assist. Quickly fixed a fan and attempted to assist with hot tub, but the hot tub never got warm during our stay but it was a cool weekend for Galveston. ##### Christal J.
