Only a few minutes to Moody Garden, Schlitterbahn water park, the beach, pleasure pier, and the downtown strand and arts district. This completely renovated home is super comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen and new modern appliances. This adorable craftsman cottage is a great place to relax out on the deck or grill out dinner after a day out in Galveston. Dogs are welcome with $100 Pet Fee per Dog billed after booking. 2-bed, 1.5-bath home with open living space, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and beach decor. Covered patio with grill and outdoor furniture. Two queen bedrooms and a sofa bed for privacy. Convenient 1/2 bath. Roku-equipped TVs and well-appointed bathrooms. Central location near Galveston's attractions. This property may also be rented in conjunction with the garage apartment in back to accommodate larger families. This was a cute, clean well appointed little house. Even though the house was small, we never felt crowded. We had three generations in the house with plenty of room for our own space. My mom who is 73 with a few mobility issues didn’t have any trouble with the 3 or 4 steps to the porch. We had everything we needed so it was easy to clean up as we went in order to not leave a huge mess when we left. It was my nieces (who is special needs) first trip to a beach and to stay in a Vrbo. She was impressed enough that she said she’d do it again. There was a trash can outside so we had a place to put trash and it didn’t pile up on us inside the house. There was a small charcoal grill outside which we used and it worked fine. This was a pet friendly location and I took my two little dogs with us. They seemed comfortable as well and we felt safe enough to leave them there while we went out to eat. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were friendly. I would 100% book this location again when I return to Galveston. ##### Teresa H.
