"I travel frequently around the world for business and I must say that Gaia Suites Istanbul was one of the coziest, cleanest and most authentic hotels I've stayed at. The only challenge was the stairs and lack of an elevator to the lobby level (and from lobby level to the elevator level) but other than that, it was an excellent stay. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of Besiktas. Highly recommended."
"Hotel looked very nice online but was very dirty once we entered, nothing felt clean. For the shower we had to use sandals just to feel clean, towels were always ripped and stained. Hotel sheets we asked to be changed multiple times but housekeeping never did. Wouldn’t recommend did not feel clean or comfortable our entire stay. "
