  • Our home is nestled in a small community and backs up to dense forest, beyond which is Lake Galena (viewable after the trees shed their fall luster)! Enjoy listening to the birds as you sip your morning coffee on one of the two decks, or screened in porch. Enjoy a glass of wine around the gas firepit as you unwind from a day of adventuring or shopping in downtown Galena. This home features three levels, each of which has a full bath and bedroom. The main level offers the great room that flows into the dining and kitchen areas; screen porch, and large deck. The lower level offers a pool table, additional TV with bar type seating, and deck. The upper level offers an additional loft area. The home’s layout is perfect for both gatherings and a personal oasis.

    Owners Club amenities include indoor & outdoor pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, game room, & fitness center. Boat rentals available on beautiful Lake Galena!

The house was exactly as the photos showed. The kitchen was small but it had all the necessary equipment we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We even used the owners pool.

We had a wonderful stay here! Plenty of space for us, along with the 4 parking spaces. Having three bathrooms was great. Nice amenities, well stocked kitchen, comfortable spaces. Lorebeth was very prompt with information & any questions I had about the property. That was much appreciated!We enjoyed the woods & wildlife around the property, & its proximity to Galena!

This house was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities. The host was very responsive if I had any questions. The property was located in a very well kept development. The community center offered many things to do and was conveniently located. Coffee on the screen porch every morning was the best and I even had some turkeys join me one morning. Thank you for a wonderful girls weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It really is “quiet and peaceful.” It was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed; we grabbed some groceries and made a few meals at the property with no problems. There were lots of board games and puzzles that our kids enjoyed getting out in the evenings to play along with the pool table downstairs. The screened in porch is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. And the fireplace makes it all the more cozy. This would be a perfect place for a group of 2 or 3 couples/individuals to stay and have their own space since there are bedrooms & bathrooms on each floor of the home (basement, main, and upstairs). We explored the owners club but didn’t use it beyond checking it out, however, the indoor gym and pool seemed very nice. It was our first time in Galena and the area is so beautiful! The downtown area is picturesque, especially in the fall. Overall it was a wonderful little vacation and I’ll be recommending it to anyone looking for a beautiful fall getaway. The only minor issue we had was the beds were not super comfortable - they were a lot more firm than we are accustomed to and seemed like they may need replaced soon. But everything else was great!

From the moment we booked, through check in and check out, this property was Top Notch! Everything felt so seamless and easy, that I kept thinking I was forgetting something. Thanks for the amazing stay, and all the extra details! The stocked kitchen, fabulous decks, beautiful living room, makeup wipes in the bathrooms, right down to the bird feeder, with all the extra bird feed, was a glorious addition I didn’t even know I would enjoy, and I absolutely did! This was a ladies weekend, that was way too short! We are already looking forward to another stay! Thanks again!

Great location with some privacy for a family as three bedrooms and bathroom are on each floor! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pans/utensils, along with, the bathrooms had soap/shampoo/conditioner! The house is so cute with great communication! We would definitely stay there again!
