« The host Brooke was slow to respond to me, inflexible, not accommodating, and rude. Seems only interested in the money, not in establishing a relationship that would have made a huge difference in my consideration to rent again. It's not an ideal house or property, being very close to the road. Needs to be properly set up and stocked for the max number of people advertised. »

« This house is wonderful, from the amazing deck to the screened in porch and all the way to the riverfront fire pit you can enjoy to veiws and the sounds of nature and fall in love with every sunrise and sunset!!! »

« Our winter stay was really cozy and beautiful. The view was incredible and the hot tub was clean and the kids loved it. I think if it snowed we might have had a hard time getting up the steep jeep trail to the house but there were only flurries to contend with on our trip so we had no trouble. We had fun exploring Berkeley Springs, Cacapon state park, and Frederick Maryland. In any case we had a great time and would definitely come back some day. »

« This is a beautiful, well kept historic house on the banks of the Potomac. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous with high ceilings, a gas fire place and updated appliances. We saw bald eagles on 2 out of the 3 days that we were there. Quiet, isolated location where you can relax and enjoy the house and the river »
