Directions to Dumpster Go to Mt Lake Rd (the big road in front of the outdoor pool at the intersection of Mt. Lake and Walden Roads) .Turn right and very soon turn left on Woods Rd. At the second driveway past the Woods Office Bldg. (before you get to the Sports Center parking lot) TURN LEFT.Go past the first dumpster on your left which is a private one and follow the drive around to the right and there are two dumpsters. Put the trash in either of these two dumpsters.If it is overflowing please contact the office. Please wash all your dishes or start the dishwasher. If there is a wood burning stove or fireplace, ensure the fire is burnt all the way down and close the door or fireplace screen. DO NOT PUT WATER INSIDE FIREPLACE OR WOODSTOVE, WATER WILL CRACK THE DEVICE. Leave all ashes in the fireplace or wood stove. Campfire ring burning - if property has a campfire ring, please make sure campfire is burnt all the way down and wet down with water before departing. Please turn off all lights before departing. Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked. During summer months, please set air conditioning to 75 degrees. During winter months, please set heat to 55 degrees. Please return key to lock box and roll the lock box numbers on all zeros (0-0-0-0). Ensure you leave the key in the lock box for housekeeping to access the property. Please leave the cabin in an orderly and reasonable condition, our housekeeping staff works very hard to make the properties sparkle. It turned out great. We enjoyed having a Peaceful Pl., Tuesday and to visit our friend with. The cabin was very clean. The community is very quiet, in a hilly area that is great for getting in a challenging walk. We visited Good Luck Stables and pet refuge nearby, Pap's Ice Cream, the Berkeley Springs farmers market, and Prospect Peak. We had a great time in the cottage! It was a great base for going hiking and antiquing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make lots of tea. The fire was cozy and great to sit next to after using the hot tub. We were able to star gaze from the back porch. The bed sheets were some of the softest I have ever felt. We enjoyed the hot tub, the opportunity to see baseball games on the good TV package and the club swimming pool. The binder for area attractions was quite helpful. Definitely quiet and off the beaten track. We generally stay closer in to Berkeley Springs, but decided this time to go further out of town. The place was very clean and the hot tub was very well maintained. The appliances, as expected, were dated but worked fine. The only potential downside was that there were two other properties right behind this one. In the spring or summer with the trees in full foliage it would be very private. Loved the fireplace with plenty of firewood and the hot tub was a bonus. Nice neighborhood. Cabin had everything we needed. (Couldn't find a hair blow dryer but bad hair-didn't care).
