This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property has a large terrace and sea view. The tranquil urbanization enjoys two swimming pools and garden space.Better still, Carvajal beach - one of the best on the coast- is a 7 minute walk away and provides access to the Paseo Maritimo's beach bars, restaurants and shops.
The local train station provides access to Malaga, the airport, Fuengirola and all the stops in-between!
For guests with a car, the apartment has its own parking space provided.
Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive away.

Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following:

9pm - Midnight 20 euros
Midnight - 2am 40 euros
After 2am 60 euros

This amount is payable in cash at the property.

For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent these items.
No parties, bachelor/hen type groups etc are allowed to stay at this property. Should we receive any noise complaints, damage or complaints of rowdy/inappropriate behaviour guests will be evicted by Airbnb and no refund issued. On reserving this property guests are complaint that they have read and agree to abide the house rules.

Please note that despite the 'Instant Book' feature, groups of guests under the age of 25 will subsequently have their booking cancelled.
