« This was a lovely property to stay in, and our hosts Karl and Helen were so thoughtful with the set up. It had everything we needed, from kitchen ware to bathroom essentials, including feminine hygiene products. « Great little cottage in a very small village. Close to amenities and local shop has everything you need. Waterfall Close by which was a bonus whilst walking the dog. Nearby railway and very picturesque walks. Cottage itself very clean and tidy has a log burner 2 beds 1 large with ample room entry to 2nd through first. Host went above and beyond as wife's birthday and arranged flowers and bubbly for our arrival. Had a great 5 day break and would recommend to everyone wanting a nice quiet time...

« This was our first time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. The shepherd's hut is beautifully decorated and has such a cosy and comfortable feel to it. The under floor heating kept it lovely and warm too despite the snow outside (which also made it super pretty). "C’est dommage, l’hôtel est beau, la vue est à coupé de souffle et la chambre était grande. Mais les fournitures sont trop vieille, la salle de bain délabré, la chaise d’eau ne fonctionne pas. Les parties communes sont usées, il faut changer les moquettes, il y a des insectes mort partout, dans la chambre et le restaurant, ce nést pas ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Personne a l’accueil quand on est arrivé, on nous envoie au Spa pour l’ascenseur, personne pour nous renseigner. Décevant pour le prix. Par contre le petit déjeuner est merveilleux !"
