Relax in this bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home--perfect for families and groups of friends to relax, reconnect, and recharge. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, including a fun bunk room that's perfect for kids or teens. Enjoy a full kitchen, comfy living room and open-concept dining area. Downstairs, the covered bar area and picnic tables create a festive setting for happy hour, BBQs, or game nights under the stars. Just minutes from the beach. Family-friendly and pet-welcoming, this coastal retreat promises a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation! Want to cruise the island? A Golf cart is available for rent or rentals are within walking distance of this property.

    Sleeping arrangements (3 Bedrooms):
    Bedroom 1: Queen bed with Smart TV
    Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (each with 1 Twin over 1 Full + a Twin trundle) with Smart TV
    Bedroom 3: Full over Queen bunk
    Jack-and-Jill bathroom between Bedrooms 1 & 2 and a Hallway bathroom each stocked with basic bath essentials
    Fully stocked kitchen, open living with Smart TV and dining area--great for meal time.
    Fast and reliable internet throughout the home.
    Outdoor picnic/bar area
    Washer & dryer on site with starter laundry supplies provided
    There is plenty of free parking available in the driveway area of the property

    Guests will have the whole house to themselves.

    Other things to note
    - We highly advise our guests to purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds.
    - Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.
    - Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose.
    - There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided
    - Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Please note -Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.
    - We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water. An ice machine is provided for use with bottled water only.
    - We allow up to 2 pets during your stay (dogs under 50 lbs each or cats only).

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. , The interior was set up nicely, it was clean and it was comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Ice machine was a nice touch and the coffee makers and supplies. The Beds were acceptable. Fans were provided throughout the home.I hate to give anything but a 5 Star review, this house has the bones of a great vacation home it just needs some work.We were disappointed at these items: the deck, it needs maintenance, splinters in feet are not fun and squishy board at top of stairs, plumbing needs overhaul, toilet bubble and shot up toilet water randomly, could not even flush toilet paper (the typing below the usual sign do not flush and a list of items did not register at first because it was so small). The shower water had a sewer gas odor making shower unpleasant. The showers did look. nice We should have been warned in advance to bring gallons of drinking water due to the plumbing issues. Lastly, the thermostat never showed temps below 72 even at night so sleeping was a bit on the warm side. Other comment, I have never had to bring our own high chairs or porta cribs, don't get me wrong they were offered, but you had to rent them, usually in all of our stays they are an amenity that comes with the home. With plumbing overhauls, maybe charging the freon on the AC, and adding a whole house water filtration system, this house would be a gem, currently it is just a gem in the rough.
