"We were very fortunate as we were told on arrival that we had a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was the gorgeous Room 1. The hotel is lovely, the food is very good and the staff are very courteous. The location was also a good base for visiting lots of different places in the area. The only thing I didn’t like (small gripe) was the music they piped into the communal areas - awful covers and a wee bit too loud. I really hope we stay at this hotel again. I was sad to leave the comfort of Room 1. "

"Another nice stay at the Waterside Peterhead. Staff are all friendly which is an asset to this hotel. Food is very tasty at both evening meal and breakfast. Good value for money "
