Granite counters. Huge lanai with fire table and seating for 6. Close to the best in dining. 4 minutes to grocery store. 45 minutes to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Direct gulf access. Large dock on water - fish from the dock. Optional covered boat slip available as add-on - 14,000 lbs. "This was definitely a 5 Star Vacation Home. The home is very clean with everything you need to make you feel at home. The Home and area are very beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to relax after a day at a Beach. A short travel to Sanibel Beach and Fort Myers Beach gave us the ability to visit both beaches during our stay. For the Hospitality from Richard and Jane is also a 5 star. I Highly recommend this home and will definitely book again in the future. We found this wonderful property. Our stay was perfect. We brought our boat and having the canal out back was extremely convenient. We had some friends visit during our stay and it very comfortable. The house was spacious with all the comforts of home. The updated bathrooms were very nice. The pool was just right after a long hot day on the water or even for a chill day staying home. They greeted us with a bottle of wine, which was a very nice touch. They answered all our questions and were very helpful. The only bad thing was that there was no hand rail. My wife was unable to use the pool because of her neuropathy in her feet. I had a bad time also getting in and out of the pool because of my balance. Our stay allowed us to spend quality time together in this very comfortable and well-located home. I was able to easily make some home cooked meals as the kitchen was very well-equipped and the entire family spent most of the time outside in the warm pool. The layout of the home is very functional and there was nothing that we needed that was not available. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet located close enough to groceries, shops, pharmacies and restaurants. Some homes in the area are still repairing damages to their rooves and fences from Hurricane Ian but this house only had minimal damage to the lanai which did not affect our stay. Not that I am happy that Hurricane Ian caused so much devastation, but I am sure glad we had the opportunity to check out other options. Rich and Jane are amazing and the house was very comfortable. The neighbourhood sure did take a hit with houses extremely damaged. We are extremely satisfied with our stay … the pool was amazing for our needs … the community felt very safe … the house was lovely … the hosts were very accommodating, communicative and friendly. There awaiting us was a personal note and bottle of wine from the owners, Rich and Jane, greeting us and this made us feel right at home. The house is located on a tranquil and quiet neighborhood; centrally located to shops, dining, beaches and close by to our friends and family. It felt like our home away from home. Property very well maintained from the manicured lawn, paver patio and Lanai. The beautiful surrounding palm trees just adds to the majestic landscaping. Smart TVs throughout including the pool area with Access to Amazon Prime, Youtube TV and Netflix. Beautiful immaculate swimming pool; very tranquil and private with a resort like feel. The interior of the house is very spacious and clean. You will be able to lounge and nap on the soft comfortable reclining leather sofas while you enjoy a good movie and/or watch your favorite shows. The owner Rich visited us on the first day to welcome us to his home and show us the lay of the land and how to access the Smart TV, turn on the pool lights, lanai fans, etc. First class service through and through. We highly recommend this home and we will stay again! The owners by far were very attentive to make sure our stay was the very best it can be. ##### Mariza H.
