The Space: This wonderfully appointed Marina Villas residence boasts fantastic amenities and modern finishes, featuring beautiful coastal decor, a bright and airy living and dining area, a comprehensive kitchen, and 2 spacious bedrooms. This property comfortably accommodates a party of 6, featuring a King bed in the master quarters, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guest Access: Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Marina Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a five minute drive to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. The property was newly renovated and had beautiful views of the marina and the ocean. The pool was just outside the front door and only a 3-5 min walk to the beach. One important note I don’t feel was called out in the rental information: renters are not able to use any of the dining facilities in South Sarah’s Plantation, including food trucks, without purchasing a wrist band directly from South Seas. This property is located by the marina which was a great view and we got to see the manatees! We were there for a wedding so it was close to all the activities for the wedding and east to walk everywhere. Just a short drive to docs or a store if you need anything. We had someone using the pull out and they provided bedding, however there is not very many pillows for the amount the place sleeps so may want to bring your own if you can. The pool was close and the beach. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked.
