The owner, Kim, makes sure that everything you could possibly need is in ample supply and stocked in the proper locations. The condo itself is large and well designed. I stayed at this property for three months while I was starting a job at FGCU. My 19 year old son also stayed here with me! We absolutely loved the condo and Gulf Harbour! The grounds are beautiful ! We especially loved walking on the private island! This condo is within 10 minutes to Bunchee Beach, 15 minutes to Sanibel and about 15 minutes to Fort Myers Beach! Kim is an outstanding host ! Everything that we needed was supplied within the condo. Two bikes and beach chairs were also included! We are definitely having our visitors from out of state stay here at this condo.
