BAY VIEW TOWER 433 managed by Resort Harbour Properties in Sanibel Harbour caters to anyone seeking Sanibel Island, Cape Coral, or Ft Myers region. Charming 4th floor waterfront condo above the tree line with fabulous views of the Gulf from the screened balcony! Upgraded kitchen with newer cabinets, Corian countertops, newer appliances and tiled back splash. Our vacation rentals in Sanibel Harbour are decorated in an attractive Florida-style decor, with newer furniture. There's a HD TV in every bedroom plus the living room with a DVD player. There's one king in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom. Sleeper sofa available in living room. Walk out onto the balcony from the master bedroom and view the Gulf also from your window!

We had such a nice stay. The unit was very clean and large with stunning sunset and moonrise views overlooking the river. We had beautiful weather and really enjoyed the heated pool and spa. We bought some fresh local shrimp right off the docks near Ft. Myers beach and made shrimp and grits one evening and shrimp tacos another. The kitchen in the unit has everything you need to prepare a meal and then dine overlooking the water. The complex is on the mainland side of the causeway to Sanibel and Captiva islands. We spent one morning shelling on Sanibel. Looking forward to come back next year.

Great location and great property

My family had a great time on our recent trip. It was a short stay, but everyone asked on the last night if we could stay even longer, and my eldest even asked “Dad, why can’t we stay all week?” We will definitely be booking again soon!

Perfect location

Spectacular views, close to the beach, good parking, excellent trails for walking. This was almost a perfect stay, highly rated. The only problem we had was getting the ice maker to work. There were no directions; we eventually figured it out. It would be nice to have a lock pad on the door to not have to worry about keys. Roomy, spotless, wonderful

Quiet and peaceful

This is a nice property for those looking for peace and quiet. The pool is lovely as is the beach. Unfortunately the beach does not get sun until the late afternoon. We enjoyed our stay but probably would not stay in this area for an extended period of time again. We were disappointed that there was not a gas grill on the property as we do like to cook home on extended stays. All in all, the people were all very nice and the grounds were lovely!

Great communication and customer service

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with property managers was great. Misty went out of her way to address and solve a couple issues, always following up to make sure we were happy. Check in and out was a breeze! I would recommend them highly.

Relaxing and beautiful

It’s like a private beach! Sitting on private balcony watching the boats. The master bed was so soft and comfy! The shower water pressure was like a massage! Only disappointment was hot tub was broke and that was of the the filters I added was pool and hot tub. Overall awesome spot

Very nice condo, well equipped, good location.

Furniture and carpet needs to be updated. Overall stay was very nice. Had an issue with the manager on site. Called to see if we could check in earlier, had to use an emergency number, which was not explained. My husband was not feeling well, so we did want to get into our condo as quick as possible. The manager did explain the room was not ready yet, but would call when we could get in. We waited, and then checked our lock box to see if we could get in, and it worked. The condo was cleaned so we went in. The manager was really rude

Refresh & Reconnect with Nature

Wow! Our family really enjoyed this area's commitment to let the natural beauty of the area shine. I loved getting up early in the mornings seeing the the dolphins & manatees swim by near the beach. Driving over the Sanibel Island was a breeze. I came primarily to attend a professional conference and the location did not disappoint. There was one day where some it sounded like some construction work was going on in the unit below us. We would've appreciated a heads up on that, so we could plan on knowing how long to stay out of the unit while the loud hammering and drilling was going on. The unit itself is clean and the view does not disappoint! Loved how the balcony was screened up; that helped to keep the bugs away. I had accidentally left some personal items after leaving. When I reached out to management, they were very prompt about communicating with me & helping me with getting my items mailed back to me. Highly recommend and I would be happy to return!

Paradise on Punta Rassa

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The initial check-in was effortless, especially for a last-minute 3-day stay. The key was in a lockbox right next to the door of the unit with extra keys inside. They emailed me the code to the lockbox. This spacious unit is tastefully decorated and is very nicely maintained with great views of San Carlos Bay. We loved the large screened-in lanai, and I really felt like I was overlooking a beautiful remote island area, but the causeway was right there, totally unseen. The way that the condo is angled, you cannot see it. All the kitchen pots, pans, blender & utensils were there to make a vacationer feel at home - although we didn't use anything but the coffee mugs, so I can't speak to whether everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable. This unit is in a great location; a short walk to the beach with chairs, excellent access to Sanibel Island, and running/ bike paths. It was more challenging to check out because all of the carts were taken, and we had to make multiple trips to get all of our luggage downstairs. I would not hesitate to stay there again, primarily due to the proximity to Sanibel.

Fantastic location!

Spectacular sunsets. The unit is a little bit dated, but great for our needs. The management company is amazing. We had a leak in a sink and they fixed it immediately. The only thing I would complain about is that the kitchen isn’t very well appointed. If you like to cook, you need to bring your own supplies. But, that may be Covid related

Great experience!

The condo was so clean and exactly how the pictures looked! The view from the balcony was beautiful and we loved that the balconies were screened in! Our kiddos could go out there and watch the beach and we didn’t have to worry about them. It was so easy to check in and easy check out process! The pool is perfect too! Will totally come back! Updated appliances too!!!

All good except...

We all agreed we would not stay in this unit again until they changed the carpet. Shag and dirty. Also the guest shower curtain liner had mold on it, but I must say when I reported it to them they responded quickly. Just no reason for that. Beach was perfect!
