Ready for a wonderful FLORIDA FAMILY FUN VACATION on FORT MYERS BEACH!!! While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, bigger and better than ever, we can assure you that the Beach is as spectacular as ever and all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever!

Located on the beautiful and quiet southern end of the island, Sand Caper sits on the beach side of Estero Boulevard and boasts a large pool which invites you to swim or just soak up the sun. There is a sandy walking path through the preserve straight to the beach. Every opportunity to enjoy warm, sun-filled days walking the miles of white sand beach and relaxing by the water, Sand Caper 705 is a lovely 7th floor 2B/2B condo with a Screened In Lanai to offer guests a comfortable outdoor space to relax and take in the Gulf breezes. The large Master Bedroom En Suite has a King Sized Bed, its own TV and its own Lanai entrance. Beautifully remodeled Master Bath has a large vanity and Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed and a Full Guest Bath with Tub/Shower Combo right next door. The open Living Area has comfortable seating to enjoy a large flat screen TV and a large dining table for 6. Fully equipped, newly remodeled Kitchen with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher, granite countertops, new cabinets and all dishware and cookware.

Best of all is a Screened In Lanai with patio furniture to enjoy the delicious sea breezes and beautiful Gulf views!

For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the unit (no going home with dirty laundry!), Direct TV service, free in-unit Wifi for working remotely or making dinner reservations, a building elevator, secured lobby, and ample parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Sand Caper is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to many shops and restaurants in Santini Marina Plaza, scheduled to reopen 2025. The beach trolley also stops right outside this community which will take you to south to Lover's Key or north to the new Times Square area and Bayside Park. Located on the coast of Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

Amenities of Sand Caper include a BBQ Grill Area and a Resort Sized Heated Pool and Sundeck. Best of all is the beachfront in your backyard...walk the sandy path to water's edge!

Sand Caper has been hard at work to make the complex beautiful again with an atrium open to the sky with tropical foliage in the center of the building and a brand new pool, pool house, and picnic area. Despite their recovery and rebuilding mode, they are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation condo is inspected prior to your arrival.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.

Wonderful location! Very quiet.. felt like home. Restaurants very close by. Nice path to beach.. loved watching birds in ponds. Will definitely consider this place again!

Best Location Around

We have stayed in this Building once before. The location is second to none. It is quiet and clean and the pool and outdoor areas are great. This time our Unit was on the top floor and had an amazing view of the Ft. Myers Beach. The Santina Plaza across the road has almost everything you need. The trolly up and down Estero is inexpensive and a great way to travel. You can get to Publix for groceries and to Time Square. You do no even require a vehicle.

Condo with a view!

I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was great especially if you like looking at the beach and all the birds that come to visit the estuary. I just wish there was a couple extra chairs on the patio. The kitchen had pretty much everything you could ask for. Extremely well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept great. The pool area was really nice. Went there a few days. Location is great, right on the beach and across the street from a DVS and and Santini Plaza which had some great restaurants and stores to do a bit of shopping. All in all this is a great condo to stay at!
