"The outside noise from traffic, especially from semi-trucks engine-braking made it impossible to sleep!! I suspect this is a problem to ALL hotels in the area and not limited to the Budget Inn. Do not stay anywhere near the US-30/I-70 intersection if you value your sleep!! The overall quality at the Budget Inn was very good for the price."

"Toilet did not work.Unflushable. Noise of toilet running all night was only drowned out by the rattle of the air conditioner and the racket of trucks downshifting on the highway. Breakfast was dismal. When I tried the apple juice, a foul smelling brown glob was dispensed. Eggs were served in lukewarm pucks. No meat. I settled on a peelable banana, a sealed yogurt, and hot water. Shampoo in the shower had been watered in the container so it was runny. Carpet had an odd smell (pets?) and the entire room had an air freshener odor. I stayed in motels like this with my parents when I was a child, almost 60 years ago. I do not think that this motel has seen many improvements since then. "

"Cozy, quiet cabin. Loved having a wood burning and just enjoyed the peace and quiet evenings. Went to nearby Raystown Lake for fishing during the day, and appreciate apet friendly rental for Maxx can vacation with us"

"Idk how this place got over an 8 for rating. Blankets had cigarette burns, shower head looked like it was from the 50's and it was barely attached to the wall. The property in general just looked and felt dirty. Elevator was pretty sketchy as well. "

"I would try other hotels before I stayed here again and I would never stay here with another guest in the same room. The pictures must be 20 years old because the property is more worn than advertised. Bathroom was very small, like leave your toiletries in the room small. Breakfast was below average. "

"The cabin was clean and exactly as expected. The decor and the rustic feel of this cabin made it feel like home. Great location. The host was very good with communicating and answering any questions that we may have had. Would def return to this cabin in the future. "
