Unfortunately the service during Thanksgiving was non existence. The TV didn’t work, the sheets were laundered but visibly stained and there was no room service even when requested each day of my four night stay. A call to the number on the “How was your stay” survey for the hotel was answered with concern and that he would check it out in person and call me back. NO return call since my call in December. The bathroom was beautiful and super modern, which didn’t fit the era of the hotel, but I loved it. I would recommend putting up curtains in addition to the blinds because the hall light beamed in all night.
