The property is in a quiet neighborhood and located on a residential street. There is a large supermarket (Publix) walking distance a few blocks away, as well as other shops and eateries. Also, a few blocks away (walking distance) is an Enterprise Car Rental. The famous Fort Lauderdale Beach is approx. 5 miles away and there is entertainment galore in the area. Ubers are also a check and reliable option to get around.

Other things to note
This unit has one bedroom and is best suited for a maximum of 2 people, although it can accommodate 2 people and a child. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the linen is included. However, the living room area has a sofa that can convert to a full size bed. If you plan to use the sofa bed, you will need to request the linen for the sofa bed at the time your reservation is made. Also, please keep in mind that sofa bed mattresses are only 4.5 inches thick (pretty thin compared to regular bed mattresses) because they have to be able to fold into the sofa when not in use. As such, sofa beds are not intended to sleep as comfortable as a regular bed.
