Our room had a sliding bathroom door that did not lock or remain closed. It took them 3 days to fix it. The last day, the entire floor smelled fish. They sprayed copious amounts of air freshener but it didnt help. Overall, its a nice place with great views and amenities but it doesnt justify the price tag. I'm sure a few years ago it did, but generally you just get the feeling that no one is trying to deliver a great guest experience."
