Hotel muito limpo, acomodação com aspecto de novo/reformado. Muito boa, com exceção do banheiro, onde o chuveiro não esquenta e não tem box separando totalmente área molhada e seca, tem apenas uma parte de box ao lado do chuveiro, na frente é aberto. Somado a falta do box e a água morna/fria eu passei muito frio para tomar banho. Além disso, nosso quarto era para um casal e havia toalha de banho apenas para uma pessoa. O café da manhã é servido das 8h às 10h. Nosso trem era um pouco depois das 8h, fizemos checkout às 7:30 e vimos que o café já está quase todo servido, pedimos para tomar café antes de saímos e não deixaram, disseram que só 8h. Saímos sem tomar café. A localização é excelente, próximo de tudo.

The hotel held the full amount of the stay as the "deposit" but didn't tell me about it. I thought my stay was automatically charged. Then, when I checked out, staff asked me to swipe my card to pay for my stay, saying that my stay was unpaid. I was unaware of the amount that was automatically deducted from my account so I paid on site when I check out. Then I found out that the hotel charged the same amount twice. Then I called the hotel and staff explained that the first automatic charge was "on hold" and would be returned to me. But three days after I checked out it was still not returned. Then I called again and emailed , finally staff returned that automatic charge to me. The largest amount of deposit I have ever seen is $50 for the entire stay and would be returned or canceled right after checking out .The issue is that , had I not checked my bank account and left the country, I would never have realize the double charge until much later. But otherwise, the stay was comfortable, hotel condition is good, convenient location and good breakfast.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We had the family suite that was on the ground floor. First off the ac wasn’t working well that I had to go buy a fan from down the street to make the room at least enough for us to feel cool in the room. Willam and the men that work the reception was amazing. Unfortunately the women staff had major attitude and when I asked for an extra towel the lady in the front said “no” after I asked to speak to the manager she quickly changed her mind and gave me one. Not to mention when I checked out they wanted to charge me 10 euros for giving me a towel to use. The location is great. Breakfast is ok. Room was too hot. Not worth the place with the amount they charge for a room.
