"I have stayed at BW Waldo twice yearly for the last ten years and have enjoyed my visits. Good breakfast and the staff is always accommodating. But this year was a big disappointment in as for the three days I was there, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. It didn't matter as to the time of day or night, there was never any hot water. I complained to both house keeping and the desk management but to no avail. House Keeping mentioned something about a problem with a pilot light, but obviously everyone knew there was a problem but didnt seem to have a solution. Greatly disappointed and will need to consider other properties in the future "
