« Fantastic stay and host! »

« Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell...

« Great place. Clean small great value »

« Very cool property, clean and spacious. I was surprised there was no hair dryer and disappointed, although not surprised, that there was no tea. Positive experience overall. »

« Was misleading no bedrooms only bed was a boneless sofa bed »

« We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

« Perfect location and property for date night with the wife. With many restaurant options and antique shopping to explore in Depot town it was nice to just walk and relax in a well decorated and clean loft. I suggest that you buy a record from one of the shops and utilize the record player in the loft. Already planning another stay for our next date night! »

« Great place to stay. Right in Depot Town. Steps from dinning and shopping.Loved the place. »

« nice little stay »

« Large, spacious loft apartment in a neighbourhood close to Downtown, Riverfront and Huntington Place. Free parking was very convenient. And the apartment building is very easy to find. There are nice cafes and pubs in Corktown within walking distance. Easy access to the bus station. It worked very well for me. »

« The loft accommodated all of the little essentials that we leave behind when we are rushing to get out of town. »

« Perfect for what we needed, really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and access to laundry amenities in unit »

« Excellent location - it's the best of both worlds as the street is very quiet and relaxing and yet you are also steps away from all the fun of Depot Town. We walked to several restaurants, coffee shops and the Ypsilanti Food Coop, which is such a sweet, independently run grocery store with a delicous bakery and home cooked meals and soups on offer every day.The apartment itself was compact, very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay for one or two people. The rooftop porch...

« CLEAN and exactly as pictured. Well maintained with a high standard of cleanliness, comfort and tasteful furnishings. A perfect fit for a family of four in a pleasant location. Wife especially appreciated how everything in the kitchen has designated, labeled spots and was easy to find. In-unit washer and dryer add to the appeal for longer stays. All the comforts of home at your fingertips. Just the right size, and has a pleasant, shared back yard. We would be happy to stay here again! »

« Definitely recommend very affordable option clean apartment and the host is very friendly and communicative »
