« Check in process was easy, wasn’t sure where to park and had to walk up three flights of stairs because unit was on the 3rd floor which wasn’t mentioned in the listing.. The unit wasn’t very clean. The grate on the furnace was covered in dust, window sill was dirty and we didn’t have any blankets or linens for two of us to sleep. »

« listing is not accurate of the property and it was filthy in a sketchy neighborhood and was uncomfortable. Very difficult to get into the property. »

My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand.
