"Practically perfect in every way! This was absolutely a wonderful place to stay for my son’s BCT graduation! I’ve only ever been tempted to steal a pillow one other time but I am going to probably call soon to find out what they were! I struggle with hotel pillows and getting headaches from them(if I’m not flying I bring my own), but these were fantastic!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **10/10 Hotel Experience!** I had a great stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the **front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional**. The entire staff, including the housekeepers, were very kind and made sure everything was taken care of. The **rooms are clean, spacious, updated, and very comfortable**. I honestly have no complaints about the rooms. Everything is well maintained, and I especially appreciate that the hotel **always has a nice, fresh smell** throughout the property. One thing to be prepared for at check-in is a **$100 refundable deposit**. As long as there are no damages and no smoking in the room during your stay, the deposit is refundable. The hotel also has a **nice outdoor pool**, and the location is very convenient with **shopping centers and other amenities nearby**, which makes it easy to get whatever you need during your stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel! **10/10 from me**, especially if it fits your budget. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location, and a pleasant atmosphere. "My room was not clean when I arrived. There were crumbs on the floor between the bed and the window. Additionally, the base on the floor lamp was coated in dust. When my room was cleaned on Day 2, the cleaning didn't make sense. The toilet seat was up indicating the toilet had been cleaned. However, the towels had not been removed, the bed was not made, and the garbage had not been made."
