There were some coffee cups in the cupboard that were dirty, but they were probably left there by previous guests. Pictures of the yard were a little misleading. We thought we were closer to the lake, but it was actually through the neighbors yard that we could see. My sister had a hard time trying to work the tv. Instructions would be nice for those not familiar. This year my daughter and I were riding in the Century bike ride in Sturgeon Bay. We found the Beach House and it was more than perfect!!!!! Very spacious, comfy beds, with all the necessary amenities. It is right on the water with a fire pit which we used the entire time we were there. They have a restaurant about 1000 feet away with great food, drinks and a wonderful staff.
