The house is very well-equipped and clean. The space was great for our family of four plus grandparents that can't do stairs. The host was very responsive and they were even able to accommodate us checking in 1.5 hours early. The only negative was the private dock, was described as "easy to launch kayaks and canoe" and this is not the case as the dock is small and the water level is super low with high grasses and cattails. You might be able to launch from the dock but it certainly would not be "easy", however, we were able to get the kayaks down to the boat launch just a few blocks away. There were 10 of us for a family vacation. It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of door county but close enough to enjoy it all. We took the kayaks out, the water is shallow but we were still able to get out there and enjoy the water. Beds were comfortable! Plenty of room for all of us, we had a great time! Bay was too shallow so we were unable to use canoe/kayaks that were provided!
