« The pool was under construction and even if the pool was open, it was too cold outside to use it. The hotel lobby was clean, but the way to the reception desk was a little bit long. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom still has some hair on the floor. In the morning, the breakfast open at 7 AM sharp but the worker there didn’t seem very friendly. »

« The ventilation in the restrooms isn’t working in many rooms , this is my third trip in ) months . They don’t clean your room but the day you check out they mock the door as early as 8:00am The body was empty so I ordered one when I left . After a long working day I got to the hotel and still empty . The night shift workers in the front disk is as rude as Walmart disk customer service. Don’t waste your $$ I won’t stay here even for free »

« First let me say that the staff is amazing, very responsive and helpful. The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Although the condos are well equipped and modern, we did notice some wear and tear on the furniture. This was my second visit here and I would definitely stay again! »
