We are located within the ZTL (restricted traffic zone).

Free parking is available on Viale Baluardi and Ex Mof, while the Baluardi Parking Lot requires a fee.

LIVING AREA featuring a living room with a single sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a moka pot, dishwasher, microwave, and various kitchen utensils.



SLEEPING AREA with a double bed and split-system air conditioning.

BATHROOM (accessible from the sleeping area): with shower stall, toilet, bidet, sink, and hair dryer, as well as a hammam and Turkish bath.



OTHER AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, iron, clothesline, and coat rack.



TRANSPORTATION:

From Bologna Marconi Airport:

Take the shuttle to Bologna Centrale and continue by train to Ferrara.



From the Ferrara train station, take bus no. 2 and get off at the Piangipane Kennedy stop, then walk for five minutes.

Travel time: approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes.



From Ferrara train station:

take bus No. 2 and get off at the Piangipane Kennedy stop, then walk for five minutes.

Travel time: approximately 20 minutes.



The apartment is located within the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone), so you will be asked to provide your license plate number to gain access using the access pass that will be sent to you on the day of check-in.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
