Ferndale Vacation Packages

Was stuck outside my room for over an hour sunburned. And in the heat. The process to just have a guy come all the way in my room just to change the batteries was kinda crazy. Lunch that we ordered was cold and my kids nap was missed. Just irritated.

The bathroom was dirty when I got there. There was hair in the tub. I also didn’t like that there were barely any outlets to charge things.

Yes , we didn’t have breakfast onsite.

Its always a pleasure to stay at Westgate Bluetree! Clean rooms and property, friendly staff and very conveniently located near dusney, outlets, grocery stores and more!!

The free breakfast was not good. There were round unflavored eggs but no meat of any kind. I have never been to a hotel breakfast where there wasnt bacon or atleast sausage. The check in process was horrible. Went to check in and there was a man at the desk just looking at people. There were 5 partiea a head of me. After ten minutes, I heard him say the computer was down. He could have looked up and told the newer customers this news. After 40 minutes another lady took our info and gave us parking passes and then manually a room key. There was no apology,discount or upgrade offered. One time the elevator didnt work so everyone had to hike up the stairs. 1 garbage can per room. There needs to be one in bathroom and one in the main room. Parking is available but I think during peak summer season there will be a problem.
