"The evening meal was lovely. The staff are very friendly. Especially Jacob. He can't do enough for you Thank you for the Bread and Butter. We always enjoy Staying here. And.the new manager.I think he called simon Thank you for the birthday drink. Was a little disappointed with breakfait was all very dry. And it's usually really nice. And it was Only 10 o'clock. "

Great visit will be back

"Loved it really comfy bed, lovely breakfast and really helpful staff who even arranged some sandwiches and chips after the bar food service had finished. Will definitely stay again when we are up visiting family or heading to Blackpool. We went to Brockhole which is well worth a visit if you stay! "

Good hotel for the price and locations

"From the outside the hotel dosnt look very welcoming , but seems to be in a shared building . The hotel reception is on another floor level. once inside the hotel is air-conditioned and very welcoming . The staff are very friendly answering any questions about the area. The room is large with city views, shower bathrooms . Free toiletries. Tv , desk n chair, tea n coffee, hairdryer the bed is large but is a spring mattress so could do with a foam topper as the springs can be felt and heard pinging when moving to get comfortably. "

Good hotel - excellent customer support

"We usually stay here if we are in the Manchester area. Rooms are decent. Breakfast is good & it’s very close to the Trafford centre. We had an issue this time on the first night as the air con unit wasn’t working. When we said the following day - it couldn’t be fixed so Shannon moved us to a different room. She was very helpful and these are the kinds of things that make you go back to a hotel. "

Fab stay and cant wait to return

"Had a lovely stay and room was more than I was expecting - huge bed, Nespreso machine, fridge, tea & coffee facilities and sitting area. If any critism it would be the bathroon a little ' tired' but not off putting in any way. The staff were lovely and would to single out the breakfast staff - so attentative and breakfast was fab. Def one of the best decisions to book here - first time staying here and first time with Mecure Hotels -well impressed and look forward to returning. "
