The house was purchased by us in December 2012, and renovated in Summer 2013 lavishly and lovingly. In addition to new windows, exterior paint, new wood flooring, the kitchen and the bathroom were completely redone. It was this important for us to combine the originality of the Black Forest with the necessary technical innovations. The house 'Bruno' is located directly next to the house 'Henri' which can be rented through us (Holiday-direct object 2366136). Since we are the house with towels, linens, possibly High chair & cot rent, it really lacks nothing for a cozy getaway, 365 days a year and the first hour. Through a optmierten with storage and wardrobe hall, you enter the living-dining room. From there, the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedrooms and the terrace open up. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The bathroom has plenty of storage space, bath and toilet. From the south-facing terrace and the romantic patio is a wonderful view of the valley opens up. A wonderful place to start the day with a hearty breakfast. Past kitchen and bathroom to reach the two bedrooms, which as a double room or Are designed twin. The living-dining area a staircase leads to the attic, where again there is a flat bed. Watch Out! limited height, but very cozy and romantic. Verspricht Infos per Post, die nie kamen. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage endlich die Infos die man braucht. Die Bilder der FeWo sind extrem geschönt. Man ist in einer Feriensiedlung mit mehreren Parzellen. Die Außenanlage ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen, genau wie das Haus selbst. Schimmel an der Decke, daher der moderige Geruch der einem sofort entgegen schlägt. Die Fernbedienung vom TV funktioniert nicht. Informieren den Vermieter - dieser ganz frech "das ist neu, man soll den Receiver neu starten - wir lesen später in den Bewertungen das viele bereits ein Problem mit der Fernbedienung hatten - Spinnweben im Haus und am Haus in Mengen. Schimmel an der Badewanne, Beleuchtung im Bad funktioniert nicht einwandfrei, der Balkon verwuchert, der Grill schmutzig, alte Klamotten der Vormieter hinter den Kissen auf dem Sofa, geputzt wird hier nur im Schnelldurchgang, die Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel verschimmelt, die Gartenmöbel vermodert, keine Gartenliegen vorhanden, den Kicker auf der Homepage gibt es nicht. Oct 24, 2024 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### Enttäuschend Der Ofen war kaputt, das Behelfsgerät seiner Aufgabe nicht gewachsen und die Heizungen in Schlafzimmer und Bad nicht im Ansatz ausreichend um die ganze Hütte auf annehmbare Temperaturen zu bringen. Das Zweibettzimmer ist übrigens garnicht beheizbar und damit als Schlafzimmer, zumindest für Kinder, im Winter mE nur begrenzt tauglich. Spinnweben in den Türrahmen hätte ich noch ignorieren können, aber dass die Mäuse abends durchs Wohnzimmer spazieren und nachts durch die Wände kruscheln, hat meiner Erholung dann doch einen gewaltigen Dämpfer verpasst. Wir hatten für drei Nächte gebucht und uns auf ein erholsames langes Wochenende gefreut, sind aber direkt am zweiten Tag wieder abgereist; der Gastgeber hatte uns daraufhin eine Rückerstattung angeboten, die aber auch nach mehreren Rückfragen nicht bei uns einging. Unser Check in lief nicht ganz reibungslos, da der Eigentümer nicht erreichbar war, zum Glück dann aber jemanden vor Ort angetroffen haben. Alles ist sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer gemütlich. Leider ist es fast den ganzen Tag schattig auf der schönen Terrasse. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. ##### Christoph M. Von der Küchenausstattung bis hin zum Grill. Auch der Hund hat sich super wohl gefühlt. Wlan funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. ##### Carina S. Sehr gemütliches, kleines Häuschen in bester Lage zum Wandern, Skifahren, mit kleineren Kindern (Spielplatz auf dem Gelände und Spiele in der Unterkunft, sogar ein sehr gutes Restaurant ist in 5 Min mit dem Auto oder 30 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen, einfach super! ##### Susanne B. Nov 25, 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Ein schöner Aufenthalt Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Objekt. Leider war es nicht ganz sauber. Wir haben ein krabbelndes Kleinkind und dieses ist überwiegend auf allen vieren unterwegs. Es war unter den Möbel recht staubig, sodass er regelmäßig voller Dreck war, wenn er ein Spielzeug unter dem Tisch/Sofa / sideboard hervor geholt hat. Hinzukommend wurde auf Rückfrage bezüglich der Gästekarte(wir haben keine erhalten , trotz bezahlter Kurtaxe) keine Rückmeldung gegeben. Somit konnten wir die Vergünstigungen wie den kostenlosen Nahverkehr nicht nutzen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super. Man hat alles was man braucht sogar so einen Eierkocher und ordentliche Küchenmesser. Einziges Manko, die Dunstabzugshaube hat nicht funktioniert auch wenn man das Fenster öffnet wie auf der Anleitung beschrieben. ##### Weiershäuser-Alm G.
