« My wife and I stayed for a few days and had a great time. The property was very nice and clean. It has a really nice back porch, lots of trees to keep the sun at bay, and a beautiful view of the Little Red.On our first day fishing, my wife caught a 3 1/4-pound Brown Trout. What a beautiful fish! And yes, we returned him healthy to the river.We recommend staying here if you want a nice place to enjoy your time on the river. »

« Wonderful place! A beautiful renovation! Great for family to have two family areas. The place was comfortable and impeccably decorated. The neighborhood is in transition but we felt very safe. Great parking area with a gate. Fenced in yard for our two Yorkies. We will be back when we visit our Little Rock family! « house was clean, an abundance of clean bath towels, Kitchen was well stocked, ( there were even pre-prepared coffee filters with coffee for the coffeemaker) provided food and water bowls for dog, and a little container of dog treats. Lots of nice personal touches throughout the property. Loved the fenced yard for the dog. Plenty of outdoor seating and shade. Owners were very easy to work with. »

« The cabin & dock were as described, clean, and well-appointed. And the location is great to split time between fishing in the river and the lake. Excellent fishing right off the dock (even when the damn was generating), with a number of rainbow & brown trout caught during our weekend stay.Highly recommend this spot & the management company was extremely responsive.
