« The Overlook Cottage was an AMAZING vacation stay, with stunning views from both decks - which TRULY ROCKED because when the sun was beating down on one, i went to the other which was in the shade, and vice versa!!! Gary was extremely kind and communicative! « Four senior men (in our sixties) men spent 4 nights We were on a group tennis trip and played tennis 3 strait days. House was very comfortable and clean Can only park two cars which was fine for us. Very easy to get to the SeaBright/Rumson area as well as highlands. Restaurants were close. Very easy to communicate with the owners. »

« Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space. »

« While surprisingly far away from Asbury Park, location turned out great for departure Tuesday morning. Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms. Not air conditioned, but fans adequate this late in season, plus close to ocean. Was hard to figure out parking. Having ginger ale as well as water in fridge a nice touch. But no pillow cases on pillows, just shams. Even after we called to inquire, the "welcomer" said he...

« Excellent property and the owner is very nice! We were visiting from Texas and never have been to Long Beach before. Its only about a 45 minute from New York City and love being able to visit New York City and then get some peace and quiet from that busy city. The location of the home is perfect and can walk to the beach about two blocks away. There is a laundry mat around the corner and can knock out your laundry fast.
