The kids enjoyed the waterside especially, as well as the arcade/ game rooms. I enjoyed the gym amenities.... equipmemt was much more than most hotel type places. It was convenient having everything in one place. "

"The staff was absolutely amazing and doing everything they could to make the stay great, but unfortunately, they seemed very understaffed from check-in to breakfast to the cleanliness of the rooms. The biggest opportunity was definitely in the cleanliness of the rooms. The sheets were not clean once we pulled back the sheets there was hair in there. The carpets need to be shampooed and the pillows had an odor again. I want to stress on the fact that I don’t believe it’s from lack of care from want from the staff I do believe it’s from lack of care to inability of them having time to take care of the rooms properly the area of opportunity that needs to be taken. The greatest improvement on is going to be staffing. "
