"Superb staff, clean, but small, room. Comfy bed. Excellent location for experiencing downtown Seattle. Lots of amenities. When we first approached the hotel I have to admit that I was more than a bit apprehensive- lots of unhoused people very near the property. However, it didn’t take long to see that the unhoused were even in the highest scale downtown locations. They are a big part of downtown Seattle. The Belltown Inn has a night security guard & there is a strong police presence downtown so we felt very safe. I only mention this to prepare new visitors. Don’t let this cause you to shy away from staying at this great hotel. That said, the location is absolutely perfect for walking to all major downtown attractions, restaurants, the piers, the Space Needle. The Belltown Inn has a fantastic rooftop seating area to enjoy food/beverages. They even have loaner bikes & a nice, big gathering table in their lobby. I would absolutely stay here again & would recommend it to friends & family. A helpful tip: if driving a vehicle, pull up in the unloading space right in front of the hotel (it says 3 mins., but you can stay long enough to check in and unload baggage). I recommend buying the daily parking permit for the lot across the street diagonally from the hotel. This will allow you to pull in & out as often as needed & there was always sufficient space. I saw parking personnel there frequently which made me feel a little better, but make sure you leave nothing in your vehicle."

"Our stay was great, the room was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Very comfortable bed. Overall I found the hotel hallway and spacious lobby clean and in good condition. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the shuttle was available to drop off as early as 3am. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel to others. "

"We enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Sheraton Grand Club Level Room on the 33rd floor. We enjoyed wonderful views of downtown and Elliot Bay. Location was excellent and next to many places. Our room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. A couple of little improvements would have made our stay even better. I would have preferred using ceramic mugs in the room instead of paper cups for tea/coffee. The bathroom could have used a few more hooks to hang up towels or clothes. The hooks were also not very effective in keeping towels hung up. The towels kept slipping off which was annoying. We were glad we booked a Club Level room as it gave us access to the Club Lounge which meant having plenty of hot and cold drinks all day, as well as light snacks (more variety would have been nice as it was mostly pretzels, granola bars, nuts, chips) and breakfast. The breakfast options are a bit limited on the weekend (mostly just pastries, fruit, and oatmeal), but were enough to fill us up. On weekdays, breakfast included bacon, potatoes, eggs, pastries, bagels, toast, fruit, mozzarella cheese balls with cherry tomatoes, and oatmeal. Overnight parking would have been really expensive, but we were lucky to find street parking. I paid a destination fee of $28 plus tax per day, but essentially I paid nothing because you get a $20 beverage/food credit to spend at the hotel restaurants/eateries per day (we spent it at the Starbucks inside the hotel), $10 uber credit per day, and a yoga class."
