"The front desk are not flexible, i book for 2 rooms, and I asked them if they can put us into a connecting room - front desk said it’s too late, but I notice the nxt day the door close to our room is empty"

"The only positive on this home was the layout as there was plenty of room for our family.The house itself is in very poor condition and has a very strong odor; we suspect from mold which is visible on various windows and sliding door. Bathroom sinks are leaking, shower head in master ensuite blew apart, dishwasher was not working. The water itself was not drinkable as it had a stale taste to it. The house was dirty, couches and carpet is stained and many surfaces showed dust. We will not stay here again, nor recommend this house to anyone"
