"The staff was nice and breakfast was good. They seemed to be having some sort of towel shortage. They ran out of both pool and regular towels one evening. My kid had to drip his way freezing thru the hotel then use hand towels to dry off after his shower. We asked for more the next morning & they still hadn’t arrived 9 hours later when we returned. Had to send son down to get them again. It was a bit ridiculous. Otherwise it was mostly good. Pool was small and over-crowded (25+ people) but that’s not really in their control."
