PeacefulExcellent opportunity to get the most sought after floor plan in Kent Ranch on one of the best lots in the neighborhood! Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on an oversized lot, this home welcomes an abundance of natural light and is well situated for multi-generational living. The entry level features a bedroom and full bathroom along with a living room, family room, dining, kitchen and laundry. The lower level features high ceilings with another living room, three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Upstairs is an oversized master suite with a bay window facing the picturesque mountain views, fireplace, generous master bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, dual sinks and dual walk-in closets.Out front theres an extra-long driveway leading to the three car garage that allows room for potential extra cars, toys, etc. The back yard is made for entertaining with a built in bar and BBQ, custom stone work and a dream pool with waterfalls, hot tub, built-in slide, LED lighting and solar heat to extend the pool fun into spring and fall. and clean.
