« It's obvious a general top surface clean is done in between reservations but that's it. The place is not clean. Definitely should strive for a cleaner environment. The main problem was the air conditioner wasn't working. We tried not to complain, opened windows, even went and got a fan. By 10ish pm I reached out to the phone number listed online. By 3 am I had called 4 times, left messages and got nothing in response from this property until someone came abruptly banging on our door at 930am to...

« The schoolie was very comfortably situated as to be off the road and quite private. The hosts were very accommodating and provided the additional needs we requested. It was clean and fully stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels. The outdoor seating area is cute with lots of lush foliage. We enjoyed our stay immensely! »

« We absolutely loved the place. Hosts put so much thought into making the place feel like a tropical paradise. It is cozy but spacious enough for a family. The outside patio and hot tub were our favorites! Location is superb - we went kayaking in Don Pedro park, and to the beach in Boca Grande, both very short drives away. Katja was exceptional with her communication and responsiveness. We 100% recommend the place. »
