We wanted a place with a little privacy that wasn't as expensive as Boca Grande and had more grocery options without being stuck behind the Boca Grande toll gate. The units are spacious and clean, with a full-size fridge and oven. My only small complaint is that we were in the bottom unit and could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around and talking. Luckily, they weren't up late at night, so it was manageable. The host has a great deal of knowledge about the area and provides a nice binder of places to go and things to see on the kitchen table. We took the ferry across the road to the private island and collected more fossilized shark teeth than we ever thought we would find. This unit would be highly recommended for multiple parties who wish to stay together.
