The Space  
This cozy and functional apartment features:  
 • A full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and all the basic cooking essentials (please note: there is no dishwasher).  
 • A bar-style dining area with seating for four.  
 • A comfortable living room with a 55” TV and an electric fireplace built into the TV stand.  
 • Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. (Please note: Bedroom #2 is accessible through Bedroom #1.)  
 • A full bathroom with all the basics provided.  
 • A washer and dryer, located in a room next to Bedroom #2 for your convenience.  
  
Additional Notes  
There is a long-term tenant living upstairs. Please be respectful of their space and privacy.  
Hey There. We cant wait to host you during your stay. However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our house \[ we take a lot of pride in it \] and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy. \[ 1 \] The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. $50\. Per person a day or Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. \[ 2 \] No parties, No loud music, No boisterous behavior. \[ 3 \] Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section. \[ 4 \] Renters agree to not contact Host until they have read the house Manuel. Will be sent 2 days before arrival. \[ 5 \] Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $500\. fee. { 6 } Unless previously agreed upon Host , there is a $50.late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100./ for each hour thereafter.   
 \[ 7 \] If by your Fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheming conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing the discount or refund, per guest. \[ 8 \] Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund, this will result in a $500 Penalty additional to any applicable fees. \[ 9 \] Any missing/damaging items guest are responsible to pay the cost. If any windows or doors are left open after the guest leaves there will be a 250$ charge. \[ 10 \] Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agreed to the house rules.

This is a very charming apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very responsive to our questions and the issues that came up during the stay. The only issue is the cell phone service in this area is very bad and the wifi was spotty. I think this should be brought to your attention when you rent the unit. I would definitely stay here again. Overall a very good stay.

Would not recommend, we showed up at the place and couldn't get in because they had a water leak. They called and said theyd call to let know when its fixed, but never did, mind u we just drove 8 hours. The gentleman we found trying to fix told us the cleaners walked into a puddle of water therefore he honestly said it would take a alot to fis it. We ended up getting a hotel room. The worst part was the owner later emailing asking how we were enjoying the apartment, i believe this was done for formalities sake.please dave yourself the headache with this place!

Super clean and updated. Very quiet and convenient to U Delaware. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with owner was excellent.
